"With a new day comes new strengths and new thoughts."- Eleanor Roosevelt

Mr. White is a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania with over 13 years of experience. Mr. White has worked with adolescents, adults, and families, with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addictions, trauma, grief and loss, and self-esteem.

Mr. White’s counseling style is warm and interactive. He believes in treating everyone with unconditional positive regard, respect, sensitivity, and empathy. His approach combines cognitive-behavioral and reality/choice theory. Mr. White’s approach addresses automatic negative thoughts and helps clients recognize faulty cognitive patterns and challenges the clients to reframe negative thought patterns into strengths based interventions.

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step he is here to support and empower you.
